Standard commercial pickup for computers, laptops, servers, and most office electronics is free. We recover our operating costs through the recycling value of the materials. Fees only apply to CRTs, tube-type TVs, and a few specialty items. Call us and we’ll give you an upfront answer about your specific equipment.
For standard commercial jobs, we can usually schedule within the week. For urgent or large-volume pickups, call us directly and we’ll work out the fastest option. We serve all of Florida and South Georgia, so scheduling depends on your location and our routing.
All data is physically destroyed before anything leaves your premises. We use a modified log-splitter press to crush hard drives on-site, one to two at a time. We serial number and log every drive and provide a Certificate of Destruction listing each one. We also practice full HIPAA compliance for medical and healthcare organizations.
Yes. Every job receives a serialized Certificate of Destruction and Certificate of Recycling. For larger jobs, we also provide a thumb drive containing the full serial number log. This documentation is suitable for insurance, compliance audits, HIPAA requirements, and federal agency reporting.
Yes. Residents can drop off at 2910 West Beaver Street, Gate 2, Unit B, Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Most residential items are free. If you’d prefer, take your items to Computer Depot Jack’s on Bowden Road instead and earn JackCash loyalty rewards you can use on purchases or repairs.
